1. Acceptance
Using Asteria's services constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
2. Nature of our services
Asteria acts as a freight forwarder. Our liability is determined by the applicable international transport conventions and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. Validity of quotations
Quoted prices are valid until the stated expiry date. International freight rates move with market, fuel and capacity conditions; once a quotation expires a new one is required.
4. Accuracy of cargo information
The accuracy of weights, dimensions, the nature of the goods and all supplied documents is the responsibility of the cargo owner. Any penalty or cost arising from a misdeclaration is borne by the customer.
5. Insurance
Cargo moves uninsured unless insurance is expressly requested. Without a policy, the carrier's liability is limited to the caps set by the relevant convention.
6. Payment
Clearance and release of goods are conditional on the invoice being settled in full.
