How long does a quotation take?
For established lanes an indicative estimate appears the moment you complete the quote form. A binding price follows within 4 working hours.
What is the minimum volume for groupage?
From one cubic metre or 250 kg. Below that, air freight is usually the more economical option.
Does every order get a tracking code?
Yes. A tracking code is issued and emailed to you the moment a quotation becomes an order. You can follow the shipment with that code without signing in.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our clearance desk operates at Shahid Rajaee, West Tehran, Imam Khomeini and Bazargan customs, either alongside freight or as a standalone service.
How does payment work?
A deposit on order confirmation and settlement before clearance. Regular customers can be given a credit limit.
What happens if the cargo is damaged?
Where a policy is in place we manage the claim from filing through to settlement. We always recommend all-risk (Clause A) cover.
